Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, the package may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

VivaGlam will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong PIN code, incomplete contact details, or customer unavailability.

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping may attract additional charges.
