Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier serviceability, customer availability, location, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, incorrect address, or logistics delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VivaGlam will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong PIN code, incomplete contact details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible from our side.

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable, the order may be marked as refused, failed, or returned by the courier partner. Any further action will be handled as per our internal order and logistics process.

11. Returns, Refunds, Replacement, and Warranty

VivaGlam products are beauty-tech and personal-care products used on the face, neck, and skin. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept general returns after delivery.

Refunds are not provided for delivered orders except where required by applicable law.

Replacement may be provided only for eligible cases such as verified manufacturing defects, damaged product received, wrong product received, or missing item, subject to our Replacement & Warranty Policy.

For damaged, wrong, or missing product claims, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof, including an unboxing video, product images, and issue video.

For warranty-related technical issues, customers must follow the process mentioned in our Replacement & Warranty Policy.

12. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account or provide account-related information to access certain website features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and account activity.

VivaGlam will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your account information.
